From global recruiting to Transformative Coaching, my journey is driven by a passion for growth, connection, and empowering others to unlock their potential.

Born in Milan to sports-enthusiast parents, I discovered gymnastics at the age of four—a discipline that shaped my life.

Despite an early Neurodivergent diagnosis, I developed a strong sense of organization, optimism, and punctuality, which I believe have become my top strengths.

My academic journey took me from the University of Milano Bicocca to Barcelona at Universitat Autonoma as an Erasmus student, and in 2015, I moved abroad—first to Amsterdam, then to Berlin, where I built my career in Global Recruitment. I’ve helped companies find top talent across industries and borders (EMEA - Switzerland and North America) for over eight years.

In 2023, I embarked on a new journey, becoming a certified Transformative Coach through Animas Center of Coaching.

I also hold a certification as a Senior Practitioner with EMCC - European Mentoring & Coaching Council.

I’m collaborating with Bocconi University, delivering Coaching Sessions to their Master's and MBA students.

Beyond coaching, I’m a Founding Member and Country Lead (Germany) for IPN - Italian Professional Network. We are a Cultural Association fostering professional connections globally among Italians through different types of events. To stay up to date with city/country openings, check the website.
